This policy explains how you may use content generated using Archure's services (the "AI Outputs"). It is intended to be read together with our Terms of Service (https://www.archure.io/terms).
This policy applies to any images, videos, text, designs, or other content produced by Archure's tools when you or your organization initiate a generation using your account.
You may use AI Outputs for any lawful purpose worldwide, including commercial use and advertising, without needing a separate license, permission, or prior approval from the Archure team.
You may reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and adapt the AI Outputs.
No Archure attribution is required (unless you choose to provide it).
No royalty is owed to Archure for such use.
As between you and Archure, you have full rights to use the AI Outputs you generate. Where applicable law prevents assignment of any rights to you, Archure grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display the AI Outputs for any lawful purpose.
This policy covers rights that Archure can grant. It does not transfer or grant rights that may be required from third parties (for example, rights in trademarks, logos, or personal likenesses you provide in prompts or upload as inputs).
You are solely responsible for:
Ensuring your prompts, inputs, and use of AI Outputs comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Respecting third-party rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks, publicity/privacy rights) in any inputs you provide and in how you use the AI Outputs.
Obtaining any additional permissions that may be needed for your specific use case (e.g., endorsements, talent releases, trademark clearances).
You may not use AI Outputs in ways that are unlawful or violate our Terms of Service, including but not limited to uses that are fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, or that infringe others' rights.
You do not need Archure's approval to use AI Outputs. There is no Archure-issued license certificate required for use.
AI systems can produce unexpected or inaccurate results. AI Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available."
Archure does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI Output.
Archure is not liable for how AI Outputs are used. All liability arising from your use of the AI Outputs rests solely with you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Archure and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your prompts, inputs, or use of the AI Outputs.
We may update this policy from time to time. Your continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
